Children got early dibs on their Christmas Trees in April 2008 - for trees to take home and decorate around 2013.
Members of Trailblazers, CLCT's youth activity group, were invited to join in our annual tree planting event.
Each child planted a tree and marked it for his or her own special harvest in a few years.
They then took to record keeping by drawing a "now" and "then" picture of their tree.
